These terms explain the rules for using XMTACEM, a wardrobe finance planner for personal clothing records, purchase evaluation, and spending review.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using XMTACEM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Personal planning use

XMTACEM provides tools for wardrobe finance organization, cost-per-wear estimates, purchase scoring, budget tracking, and CSV export. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

You remain responsible for purchase decisions and for checking your own records before relying on them.

3. Your records

You are responsible for the clothing, purchase, outfit, budget, and note data you enter. Keep backups of exported files if you need long-term copies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse XMTACEM, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the product in ways that violate applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the app or website. We aim to keep product information accurate, but availability and platform requirements can change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XMTACEM is provided as is and without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
