XMTACEM is designed around local wardrobe records and clear exports. This policy explains what information is involved and how support communications are handled.
XMTACEM may help you store clothing items, prices, wear counts, outfits, purchase notes, budget settings, and related wardrobe finance records. These records are used to power app features such as cost per wear, spending trends, purchase scoring, and CSV export.
The core product is designed for local record keeping. If you export CSV files, those files are controlled by you and should be stored carefully.
Do not include sensitive information in free-text notes unless you are comfortable managing that information yourself.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, subject, message, and optional attachment information. We use that information to respond to your request and improve support quality.
The marketing website is intentionally simple. Standard hosting logs may process technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and reliability.
We do not sell personal wardrobe records. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate support, hosting, or security functions, subject to appropriate safeguards.
You can edit or delete records in the app, keep or remove exported CSV files, and contact us about privacy requests where applicable law provides that right.
